How it works:
Buy grocery gift certificates from SFX.
· Shaws, Stop & Shop, and Trucchi's certificates are available.
· Pay face amount - no markup ($50 certificate costs $50).
· Available weekly, send money in special order envelope by Thursday 9   a.m. deadline.

Receive your certificates.
· Your oldest child brings certificates home every Friday afternoon.

Shop for groceries as usual (also gas station and pharmacy at Stop & Shop).
· Pay with certificates – just like cash.  $10, $25 and $50 certificates available for Shaws and Stop & Shop, $10 and $25 certificates available at Trucchi's.
·   Get change of up to $5 in cash at Stop & Shop and Trucchi's, all your change in cash at Shaws.

Receive 5% of your certificate purchases as a credit to your fundraising account every time you buy!

How you benefit:
· Help meet your fundraising obligation with money you’re already spending on groceries!
·   You don’t have to sell anything or spend any extra money yourself- it’s FREE MONEY!
· Ask family, friends or co-workers to buy their groceries with our certificates and get 5% of their purchases credited to your account, too!
·   Shop at your favorite supermarket!

The Details:
Envelopes: You turn in the pink envelope, order form and payment.  Volunteers will record your purchase, and return the envelope, order form, and certificates to you.  You re-use the envelope and order form every time you order.  You
may send FUNDit orders in the pink envelope, too.
Payment: Make checks out to St. Francis Xavier School.  Returned check fee is $15.
Deadline: Orders will be collected in the classrooms every day.  Deadline for orders and payment is every Thursday at 9 A.M.
Delivery: Certificates will be delivered to each classroom on Fridays, inside the pink order envelope, and distributed to your oldest child to bring home.
Responsibility: Once the gift certificates are given to your child, you assume full responsibility for them.  The school cannot be responsible for lost certificates once they have been distributed.
